HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

There are two ways to return your items: in the physical store or directly online

The simplest and fastest way is for you to return the item to the store, otherwise you can use the online procedure directly from your account.

HOW CAN I SEND A RETURN REQUEST ONLINE?

  • Log in to your account:
  • Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
  • If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  • Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
  • Click on "Request return". If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a label to track the package. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

However, if you paid for shipping when ordering, you will not be entitled to a free return. You will have to take care of sending the package directly to our address:

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with their labels and the corresponding receipt or receipt.

For hygiene reasons, socks, socks, earrings, tiaras and other hair ornaments (pegs, clips, tail clips, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

I PURCHASED AT A PHYSICAL STORE, HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT ONLINE?

Returns are free with home collection for purchases over €35, otherwise you will need to arrange shipping to our store at this address:

As soon as we receive the items, we will proceed with sending the replacement; please note that:

Items must be returned in perfect condition and with their tags.

For hygiene reasons, socks, knee-highs, earrings, tiaras, and other hair ornaments (hair clips, barrettes, ponytail holders, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

It is NOT possible to request a cash refund for purchases made in our physical store; you can exchange them for any other product available at the time of the request.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE RETURNED AMOUNT?

Once the return has been approved, after receiving the items in our store, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be returned to you within a few days.

IF I HAVE REQUESTED A RETURN OF MONEY, HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED MONEY?

Once the refund for online purchases has been approved, you will receive the amount with the same payment method with which you made the purchase.
